Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

Gigbolt, operated by Gigbolt LLC. Last updated: August 12, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gigbolt, a mobile application and related services operated by Gigbolt LLC ("Gigbolt," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Gigbolt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Gigbolt.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gigbolt. By using Gigbolt you represent that you are 18 or older.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app.

3. Community standards and objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Gigbolt. Content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or that impersonates others is prohibited, and users who engage in abusive behavior may be removed. Gigbolt lets members post profiles, photos, reels, and messages ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service. To keep the community safe, Gigbolt provides tools to filter and screen uploaded content, report objectionable content and abusive users, and block other users. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts. We aim to act on reports promptly, generally within 24 hours. You can reach us at support@gigbolt.app.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; harass, threaten, or harm others; post objectionable content; impersonate anyone; scrape or harvest data; interfere with the Service; or use Gigbolt to send spam or solicit outside the intended purpose of the platform.

5. Hiring marketplace disclaimer

Gigbolt is a platform that helps crew and producers find each other. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any engagement between members. We do not guarantee that any member will be hired or that any role will be filled, and we do not verify the qualifications, credits, or conduct of members beyond the tools described here. Any agreement between members is solely between them.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Gigbolt offers optional paid subscriptions. On iOS, subscriptions are billed through your Apple account using Apple in-app purchase, and auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Certain business tiers may be billed on the web through our payment processor. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using Gigbolt and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gigbolt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gigbolt from claims arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Apple standard EULA

If you download Gigbolt from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and that EULA conflict for App Store use, these Terms govern except as required by Apple.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
